Go on and get it then

Do you ever feel like everything you want is just slightly out beyond your fingertips?

Like, if you stretched a bit more you could grasp get your fingers on them and then your whole hand?

Go on and get it then

Yes? That’s how I’ve felt the past couple of months but on an ambition and focus level.

I can visualize the things I know are within my reach in full technicolour sharpness but they are always just out of reach. I sense how close they are in actuality and yet and yet and yet. Ughhhhhhhh.

They seem to slip away whenever I try too hard to grab them or get them done in this case. Unexpected computer issues pop up. Vacations get extended and project plans go out the window. Health concerns turn up requiring a shift in focus. The more I try to get things done the more the universe seems to throw obstacles in my way.

Moving forward

This period’s printable has become a mantra of late – just go on and get it then. Go on and do it.

I just wish the ‘get it’ part was going more smoothly or at least more rewardingly. But I’m going to keep on because, well, I have to; bills don’t pay themselves.

And I’ll get what’s on the other side of this eventually. I know I will. I’d be great though if the ‘go on’ portion of the fun was a little less lengthy and little less stressful. 😳
