Let me tell you a secret: I’m horrible at remembering holidays of any kind.

Actually, this is less a secret than an extended faux pas on my part. My family and friends well know cards or gifts or notes tend to arrive late (if at all) for most everything.

For shame

But we all have our annoying quirks and this is one of mine. I’ve just never been a big holiday celebrator-type of person. Oh well.

But for those of you who are – get ready for May 13 ‘coz it’s time to celebrate all things MOM!!

Or all things Mamma. Mumma. Mummy. Mommy. Màna. Mutter. Mamá. Mami. Maman. Mãe. Matka. Mor. Whatever works for you!

And yes, celebrating mom should be an everyday occurrence but a “formalized” day designated just for her is pretty damn great too. 😊
