Hearts on Hearts
January is winding down and February is coming in all brrrrrr. Which I love because me and snow are like this 🤞.
Hearts on Hearts
February is also time for the capitalist tradition of (faux) hearts and kisses and love. It’s also time for the shortest month of the year. Is there a connection? Mmmm …
February is looking to be quite busy for me. I focused almost exclusively on trying to finish the first draft of a new online course all of January. I’m the type of person where I do volumes of research and then stress and stress to get it pared down to just a summary nub. I didn’t get as far as I wanted but the momentum is good and I think a March release still looks good.
If I don’t keep tripping myself up with self doubt. Is this good enough? Do I know enough to be teaching this topic? What if no one signs up? Aggghhh, the questions never end. I had a review session with an online teaching expert last week and her feedback is invaluable.
My February is looking like a giant stress ball so I’ll be making time for self-care and taking stock of my successes so I can power through.
Self-love may not be a standard theme for February or Valentine’s Day but maybe it should be.
