It can be difficult to shine amid all the dimness happening around the world these days. But here is my and your challenge for this week – just try.

Shine!

Shine whenever you can. Tell what you are good at. Tell what others are good at. Shine for everyone around you.

Shine even if you don’t know if you can. Be kind to yourself and compliment the things you do well and the things you are trying to do well. Shine just for you.

Shine and let other people shine as well. Sometimes we are so focused on ourselves we forget that focus can come at the price of ignoring or over-shadowing someone else.

Just shine in whatever way you can. You will feel better for it. And so will others around you.
